Jasmine’s name comes from the Persian word Yasmin, which means ‘gift of god’ and its flowers are a symbol of sweetness, simplicity and elegance. Its intoxicating perfume marries wonderfully well with Chinese green tea and makes a calming, soothing tea for the afternoon or evening.
